Return Policy:
ALL ONLINE FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.

For In Store Purchases All Returns Must Be Requested Within 30 Days of Original Order.

Firearms:
NIB unfired, non-NFA firearms are subject to a 15% restocking fee. NIB unfired NFA firearms/items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Used firearms are subject to a 15% restocking fee provided they are in same condition as sold. In the absence of other arrangements, firearms stored on behalf of another party will be subject to a $200/mo storage fee. Items determined to be high-value by DRAGON FIREARMS will be stored off-site for an additional $50/mo. If storage fees equal the fair-market value of the firearm, the firearm will be considered the property of DRAGON FIREARMS to settle the debt.
Explosives:
Unless otherwise agreed to, explosives transferred to government agencies and fellow Federal Explosives Licensees/Permittees cannot be returned.  If a customer purchases explosives or other products requiring an FEL/P, and is not qualified to purchase and receive such products, they will be charged a 10% restocking fee to refund their payment.
Less-Lethal Weapons/Ammunition:
Unless otherwise agreed to, less-lethal weapons and ammunition cannot be returned. If a customer who is not qualified to purchase items listed on the website attempts to purchase items, they will be charged a 10% restocking fee to refund their payment.
NVGs and Accessories:
NIB NVGs and Accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Used NVGs are sold as-is, and not available for return.
Clothing, etc.:
Items in new, unworn/unused condition may be returned without restocking fee at customer's expense for shipping.
